The Shareholders’ Meeting of Telespazio reconfirms the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

The Shareholders’ Meeting of Telespazio, held on April 8th, has appointed the new Board of Directors of the Company, confirming Mrs. Nathalie Ravilly as Chairman and Mr. Luigi Pasquali as Chief Executive Officer.

The Shareholders’ Meeting also appointed Mr. Giovanni Soccodato and Mr. Pasquale di Bartolomeo as Vice Chairmen of the Company, and Mr. Hervé Derrey, Mrs. Cristina Cofacci and Mrs. Caterina Vancheri as Directors.
