  • Women in Aerospace Europe (WIA-E)

    Telespazio is a Gold Member of Women in Aerospace Europe (WIA-E), an international organization that promotes gender equality in the aerospace sector.

    Through this partnership, the company helps build a global network of women in space, supporting their visibility and professional development, in line with Sustainable Development Goal 5 of the United Nations 2030 Agenda.

  • Springboard program

    Telespazio also participates, alongside Leonardo, in the Springboard program, an initiative by the Bellisario Foundation in collaboration with LUISS Guido Carli University.

    The program aims to support the career development of high-potential young women through mentoring, training, and networking activities, strengthening the link between academia and the professional world, and promoting more inclusive leadership.

  • International Women’s Day 2025

    To mark International Women’s Day 2025, Telespazio and e-GEOS joined the global Accelerate Action campaign, aimed at breaking down stereotypes and driving cultural change.
