Telespazio, In order to ensure that everybody working for or on behalf of the Company strictly complies with laws and regulations and consistently with the principles of fairness and transparency in the management of business and corporate affairs, has adopted an Organizational , Management and Control Model (here in after also “Model”) in line with the provisions of the Italian Decree No. 231 on June 8th 2001 and based on the Guidelines issued by Confindustria (Association of Italian Industries).

A part of the application of the mentioned Decree, the adoption of such Model was decided assuming that it might represent a valid instrument for the awareness of all Company’s Directors, Statutory Auditors, employees and anyone having dealings of any nature with the Company, including on an occasional and/or merely temporary basis, whether for a consideration or without consideration,  (such as, including but not limited to, clients, suppliers, works or service contractors, consultants, commercial and financial partners and third parties in general) so that they may adopt, carrying  out their activities, a correct and straight forward manner, such as to prevent the risk that the crimes provided for by the Decree could be committed.

The Code of Ethics, together with the Anti-Corruption Code of Leonardo Group, is an essential part of the Model and expresses the ethical principles adopted in the management of business and operations by those working for or on behalf of Telespazio.

Telespazio shall ensure the functionality, update and continuous implementation of the Model and the Code of Ethics in application of the methodology indicated in Confindustria’s Guidelines and by the reference best practices.

On 28 July 2022, the Telespazio Board of Directors adopted the "Leonardo Group Anti-Corruption Code", as updated by Leonardo on 7 April 2022.

The Code represents an integrated and consistent system of principles of integrity and transparency whose purpose is to prevent and fight against the risks of illegal practices in the conduct of its business and corporate activities.

Recipients of the Code are employees, collaborators in any capacity, anyone who is party to a contract for valuable consideration or free of charge, as well as the members of the Board of Directors and Statutory Auditors.

Telespazio Spa obtained on July 2023 the certification of Telespazio Anti-Bribery Management System (TABMS) according to UNI ISO 37001:2016 "Anti bribery management systems", the first international standard for anti-bribery management systems.

The Certification was issued following a deep verification process evaluating the structure and adequacy of Management System (TABMS) and, in the second phase, its concrete application and effectiveness.

This important result therefore certifies the maturity of the system of internal rules and controls implemented by Telespazio and reflects the company's commitment to responsible business management and a "zero tolerance" approach towards corruption.
