Gabriele Pieralli on SkyTG24's Countdown: 'IRIDE will play a crucial role'

Imagine transmitting energy over a distance, without cables, with millimeter precision, and total safety. That’s the groundbreaking idea behind SunCubes, a startup founded by engineers Alberto Chiozzi, Federico Ognibene, Angelo Lannutti, Tommaso Aresi, and Davide Russo, and launched from the Politecnico di Milano.

The Fucino Space Centre, operated by Telespazio, hosted the winning teams of the NASA Space Apps Challenge Rome 2024 today. This international hackathon, promoted by NASA and organized locally with the support of prestigious partners, including the U.S. Embassy in Rome, brought together creative minds to tackle space-related challenges.

Today, Telespazio’s "Piero Fanti" Space Center hosted the launch event for EDIHAMO – European Digital Innovation Hub Abruzzo and Molise, a strategic project aimed at advancing digital transformation and technological innovation in central Italy.

Spaceopal, a joint venture between Telespazio and DLR-GfR, celebrated its first 15 years in business together with representatives of government, institutions and with its industrial partners and suppliers yesterday in Milan, during the 2024 International Astronautical Congress (IAC) week.
