    The onboarding journey begins with your first interaction with Telespazio and continues from your first day on the job with welcome moments, training, and networking opportunities. On Day 1, new colleagues get to know the company, meet their managers, teams, and HR contacts, receive their IT tools, and our welcome kit. During this stage, all administrative and formal aspects of the hiring process are also taken care of.

    In the days that follow, onboarding continues with training sessions and updates delivered through dedicated digital platforms, along with networking initiatives designed to foster exchange and dialogue among colleagues from the 15 countries where Telespazio operates.
