e-GEOS and Synspective Announce Strategic Partnership to Advance Next-Generation Geospatial Intelligence Solutions

The agreement will broaden access to the two companies’ products and services, enhancing information superiority across a wide range of domains, from environmental monitoring to the protection of strategic assets.

Tokyo, May 28, 2026 - e-GEOS (20% Italian Space Agency and 80% Telespazio, part of the Leonardo Group), an Italian leading provider of value-added Earth Observation services, and Synspective Inc., a Japanese developer and operator of advanced SAR satellite constellations, have signed a multi-year strategic partnership.

The agreement was formalized at the Embassy of Italy in Tokyo during an institutional ceremony held in the framework of the Italy-Japan Space Dialogues, promoted under the guidance of the two countries’ Governments to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the Space sector. The ceremony was attended by H.E. Mario Andrea Vattani, Ambassador of Italy to Japan; H.E. Hikariko Ono, Ambassador of Japan to Italy; C. Milena A. Lerario, CEO of e-GEOS; and Motoyuki Arai, Founder and CEO of Synspective.

Marking a significant milestone in Italian-Japanese Space cooperation, e-GEOS and Synspective will jointly develop advanced geospatial intelligence solutions by integrating COSMO-SkyMed and StriX data through the companies’ multi-sensor platforms, analytics algorithms and value-added processing capabilities, progressively expanding their portfolio of joint products and high-value services. The agreement will broaden international market access to the companies’ flagship SAR satellite-derived products.
