OPS preparation & execution

Since the early stages of a satellite mission, we design and execute Ground Operation Procedures (GOP), Maintenance Procedures and Flight Operation Procedures (FOP), also providing the relevant training to customers.

Given our unique combination of engineering and operational skills, Telespazio is able to prepare operations since the early development of a satellite system, capitalizing on its long standing experience of mission operations.

This allows providing streamlined procedures that allow for easy operations and ultimately effective mission performance.

Once procedures are ready and delivered, Telespazio is able to provide the required training in order to allow our customer to perform mission operations on their own, including exams and certification.

If required, Telespazio can work side by side with customers to provide on the job training or even operate the satellite mission on behalf of the customer.
