Off to a great start for ITEC 2013, the international forum dedicated to Military Training, Education, and Simulation (Fiera di Roma, May 22-24). Telespazio participates at ITEC with its subsidiary Telespazio VEGA Deutschland within the Finmeccanica stand.
Telespazio VEGA Deutschland, a subsidiary of Telespazio (Finmeccanica/Thales), has been selected by the European Space Agency (ESA) for the development of the ExoMars Mission Control System (MCS).
The second mission of
the European launcher Vega has been successfully
launched into orbit from the European Spaceport
of Kourou in French Guyana on May 6 at 23:06 local
time. Telespazio is taking part in the Vega programme,
confirming its place as an international operator
in the field of space services.
