The "Telespazio Technology Contest" begins

Continuing with its established Open Innovation process, Telespazio presents #T-TeC (Telespazio Technology Contest), an initiative it promotes to valorise university research activities as well as to encourage technological development and innovation among the new generations of students and researchers.

The Telespazio Technology Contest is aimed at all students, PhDs and researchers in the major departments at Italian universities that work together with the Company on innovative technological matters in the aeronautical and space sector.

#T-TeC, with the contribution of e-GEOS, will back multidisciplinary ideas, proposals, and projects covering 10 technological themes that are important to Telespazio, broken down into the macro areas of Space, Network, and Earth.

e-GEOS will lead an industrial team that will develop PEONEER, an innovative Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance platform using Earth Observation data. Telespazio collaborates with Leonardo, Thales Alenia Space and other European companies in developing GEODE (Galileo for EU Defence).
