A satellite services centre for Iraq

Telespazio has been awarded a contract by the Italian Foreign Ministry (MAE) to build a Satellite Services Centre to support the activities of Italian organisations, companies and institutions working on Iraqi territory.
Telespazio’s offer meets the needs of our fellow countrymen in Iraq for
broadband satellite communication services, enabling data
and voice transmission, internet, videoconferencing, telemedicine
and distance learning.
The Satellite Services Centre is currently being built within the existing infrastructure of Telespazio’s Fucino Space Centre.
