1) From Linate airport:
Coming out of Linate airport take Milan Bypass East (Tangenziale Est) and follow the signs for Monza - Vimercate. After several kilometres, exit following the signs for viale Zara and, after the highway toll booth, the signs for Lecco. After entering the toll-free state highway (still, two-line) called "Valassina" continue in the direction of Lecco, which is 40 km distant.
When you get to Lecco don’t leave the highway but continue in the direction of Sondrio for other 40 km approximately, right to the end of that highway (at Colico).
At the end, the highway forks towards Sondrio and towards Chaivenna, the State border. After 7–8 hundred metres in this direction one can clearly see on the left the antennas of the Lario centre.

2) From Malpensa airport:
Coming out of Malpensa airport, take the Milan – Venice highway down to the Milan Bypass North (Tangenziale Nord) and to the exit to Monza - viale Zara.
After entering the toll-free state highway (still, two-line) called "Valassina" continue in the direction of Lecco, which is 40 km distant. When you get to Lecco don’t leave the highway but continue in the direction of Sondrio for other 40 km approximately, right to the end of that highway (at Colico).
