Telespazio France reinforce its activities in operational services
Telespazio France is pleased to announce the signature of an important contract with CNES (Centre National d’Etudes Spatiales) for the provision of technical and operational services for the Kourou Space Centre.
Telespazio France will be responsible for planning and maintaining in operational condition systems such as telecommunications, synchronisation, localisation, weather forecast, telemetry, satellite tracking and Ariane destruction system, as well as computer infrastructure for CNES/CSG.
Concurrently, Telespazio France renews its contract with Arianespace for the planning activities of operations performed on the Ariane Launch facilities and signs a new contract for the Maintenance in Operational Conditions of the Telecommunications systems dedicated to the Ariane launch facilities.
These 3 contracts will run for five years, from 2007 to 2011 for a global amount of 103 million euros and thus, strengthen the leadership of Telespazio France on operational services.
