On
June 28th 2006 the Board of Directors of
Telespazio S.p.A. approved new “Organizational
Model” (hereinafter referred as the “Model”).
The Model meets the requirements of a new
set of rules recently enacted in Italy.
Compliance with law, transparency and correctness
in the management activity, trust and cooperation
with the stakeholders are the ethical principles
to which Telespazio activity is inspired
being also the key points of the Model.
Attached to the Model is the “Code of Ethics” which sets forth
the commitments and the ethical responsibilities associated
with the conduct of business and corporate affairs undertaken
by the staff (either employees or directors and/or counsels/assistants
of any job title. working for Telespazio S.p.A.
In order to monitor that Model compliance
, the Board of Directors has appointed an
internal authority (the “Surveillance Body”).
